Billing
Unlimited Package: $18.95 monthly
Basic Access: $13.95 monthly for 10 hours, $2.00/hour overtime
Activation Fee: $15.00 plus tax
Internet accounts used for personal use are tax exempt. A signed tax exempt form is required and kept on file.

Package Changes
No changes at this time.

Payment of Fees
Monthly invoices are mailed on or before the 1st of every month and payment is due in full by the 15th. A $2.00 late fee is applied to accounts with any balance due after the 15th.

Payments can be mailed to Bright.net/Bascom, P.O. Box 316, Bascom, Ohio, 44809. We also have our drive thru and night deposit slot for your convenience.


Past due accounts receive notification via email and are given an additional three days to submit payment to avoid disconnection. There is a $20.00 reconnect fee for nonpay disconnects. Unpaid balances are sent to a collection agency.

Cancellations
Customers must contact our office to request cancellation of service. They are responsible for paying the current month of service.
