PAYING YOUR BILL:
Pay your bill conveniently with our automatic bill payment option, or on the phone by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or checking, or online with E-Bill at https://ebill.conelec.com. You may also pay your bill at either of the locations shown above during normal business hours or by mailing your payment to either of the above locations.

SERVICE RATES; PAYMENT OF FEES; PENALTIES
This bill may cover multiple services including but not limited to Internet, and personal response systems. Bright Choice's billing cycle and service period begins on the first day of each calendar month. Payments are due on or before noon on the 16th. Late fees are posted on the 19th. Disconnects for past due amounts may happen at any time after noon on the 21st of the month. Any amount listed on your bill under “balance into this billing” is past due and subjects your account(s) to immediate disconnection. It is your responsability to call to reconnect if your account is disconnected for non-pay. Credits of $5.00 or more on closed accounts may be refunded.

INTERNET SERVICE
Your first payment for Internet service, due upon signup, will cover one month of service, regardless of what day of the month you sign up for service. Your next bill will be for the prorated amount for any partial month's service from date of signup until the end of the initial month, plus your current full month of service, minus the month you initially paid. Thereafter, you will be billed monthly.

WildBlue services, and some internet services are billed in advance. The first prorated invoice bills any partial month charges from the date of signup until the end of the initial month, the current month, and the next month, minus the month you initially paid. Thereafter, you will be billed monthly.

Upon cancellation or discontinuance of service, no refunds will be given for partial months of service not used, nor will remaining service be prorated. Discontinuing use of your service does not constitute cancellation of service. Cancellation of service should be made by phone , email, or fax on or before 12:00 noon EST on the 25th of the month to terminate the service for the next month. By accepting usage of our service and connecting to Bright Choice, you agree to the terms and conditions located on the web at http://www.bright.net/terms.

The rates and charges for the service shall be as set forth in accordance with Bright Choice's current rate schedule, a copy of which is available on-line at www.brightchoice.com or provided to you upon request. Rates and charges, and other terms and conditions of the service, are subject to change.
