Billing and Payment of Fees
Monthly statements are available online at https://billing.bright.net/brt. Statements are updated on the 10th of each month, and include charges for the current month of service. This is slightly different than Paragraph 8, Section B of the Customer Agreement. Payment is due on the last business day of the month. All payments received after the due date are subject to a $2.50 late fee. Accounts that are 25 days past due are subject to suspension of service and a $15 reconnect fee.
Bright.net-BRT offers several service options: dial-up, wireless and DSL. Please visit our web page at www.brtelco.com/brightnet for the most up-to-date information.
Termination of your bright.net-BRT service is subject to Paragraph 7, Effective Date, Term and Termination, of the Customer Agreement with the following exceptions: You must contact our local office no later than close of business on the last business day of the month to terminate service for the following month. (e.g., to terminate service effective May 1, you must notify us no later than the last business day of April). Non-use of the service does NOT constitute a termination notice.
