Payment of Fees
Monthly invoices will be sent by email on the 10th of each month. We ask that you please print a copy of your invoice and include it with your payment. Payments are due on the 25th of each month. Past due accounts are charged a $2.00 late fee.

Past due accounts will be disconnected and subject to a $15.00 reconnect charge. Unpaid balances are sent to a collection agency.

Sales Tax
Internet Access accounts are subject to sales tax if the account is used for business purposes. Upon determining what purpose the account will hold, it is the obligation of the customer to notify the business office of any changes made concerning the purpose of the account.

Cancellations
The customer is responsible for paying the current month of service.

Upon cancellation of the yearly unlimited (unmetered) dial-up access service plan, the customer will be reimbursed at a rate of $16.60 per month for the remaining months, less a $15.00 service charge.

If any broadband service is canceled prior to the initial two-year period, the customer will be held responsible for the $150.00 installation charge.

Use of Services
bright.net does not restrict the customer from any portion of the Internet. When on an unlimited (unmetered) dial-up service access plan or broadband access plan, there is no restriction on the total time spent on the Internet during an accounting period.

All dial-up service plans include an automatic disconnect after an idle period and after a four-hour continuous single session.
