Billing
Payments
are due by the 25th of each month. In the event you do not
pay the charges invoiced to you by the due date, a $3.00 late
fee will be assessed. Accounts not paid in full by the end
of the month will be disconnected and will be inaccessible to you
until you pay all fees owed to SAA bright.net Inc. as well
as a $15.00 reconnection fee.
Charges for accounts that are terminated, either by you or
by bright.net, are not pro-rated and shall be due for the
entire month. You agree to pay the applicable fees as set
forth on your invoice by the due date, and to pay any interest
or late fees incurred for late payment of the required fees.
Annual Payment plans are advance purchases for service and
are not refundable after the end of the first accounting cycle
on this plan.
Package Changes
If you wish to change your account package, you can do
this in one of several ways. You can call the billing office
at 888-438-8436 (419-7827766), you can email us at brightbilling@bright.net,
or you can complete the form located online at http://www.saa.net.
For a package change to take place for any given month, the
office must be notified PRIOR to that month.
Payment of Fees
Payments are due on the 25th of each month.
Cancellations
Customers must contact our office to request cancellation
of service. They are responsible for paying the current month
of service.
Use of Services
SAA bright.net
Inc. does not restrict you from any portion of the Internet.
Furthermore, when on an "unlimited" or "unmetered" service
plan, there is no restriction on the total time spent on the
Internet during an accounting cycle. This does not preclude
SAA bright.net Inc. from causing an account holder to be disconnected
from the Internet after a predetermined period of idleness,
or after a predetermined period of continuous (single-session
time limit) use.
