Billing
Payments are due by the 1st of the following month. All payments received after the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% of the unpaid balance. Accounts not paid in full by the end of the second accounting cycle will be inaccessible to you until you pay all fees owed. Unpaid balances are sent to a collection agency.
Our service is billed on a month-to-month basis. We do not pro-rate nor refund any overpayments.
Paying your Bill
Contact our Customer Care department at 1-888-857-5080. Our representatives are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Package Changes
If you wish to change your account/package, please contact our billing office at 1-888-857-5080. Any account/package changes need to be requested before the 1st of the month.
Example: John Smith would like to upgrade to the unlimited package for the month of June. As long as John calls us before June 1st, his request can be processed. If he calls us after June 1st, the change will not be in effect until July 1st.
Payment of Fees
Monthly invoices are mailed on or before the 15th of every month and payment is due in full by the 1st of the following month.

Cancellations
Customers must contact our office to request cancellation of service. Customers that contact us between the 1st and 10th will not be charged for the month. Customers that contact us after the 10th will be charged for that month's service. We do not prorate accounts cancelled after the 10th of the month. Customers are responsible for paying the current month of service if it is after the 10th, plus any past due balance.
Use of Services
bright.net SEO does not restrict you from any portion of the Internet. All dial-up service plans include an automatic disconnect after an idle period and after an eight-hour continuous single session. Rates, charges, and other terms and conditions of the service are subject to change.
