Billing
Unlimited (unmetered) Access: $19.95
Basic Package (10 hrs/month $2.00/additional hr): $9.95
Service Activation Fee: $0

Internet Access accounts are subject to sales tax if the account is used for business purposes. Upon determining what purpose the account will hold, it is the obligation of the customer to notify the business office of any changes made concerning the purpose of the account.

Package Changes
No changes at this time.

Payment of Fees
Monthly invoices will be mailed on the 1st of each month with a return envelope. Payments are due on the 15th of each month.

Past due accounts will be disconnected and subject to a $15.00 reconnect charge. Unpaid balances are sent to a collection agency.


Cancellations
The customer is responsible for paying the current month of service.

Use of Services

bright.net does not restrict the customer from any portion of the Internet. When on an unlimited (unmetered) service access plan, there is no restriction on the total time spent on the Internet during an accounting period.

All service plans include an automatic disconnect after an idle period and after a continuous single session.
