This guy drives past an outhouse and sees an antenna on the roof of it. So he stops and goes to the main house. He asks the owner, "Why is there an antenna on the roof of that outhouse?"
The man replies, "Some poor Ohio State students rented it out."
A few weeks later, he's driving back that way and notices that now there are two antennas on the outhouse. So he stops and talks to the owner again. "Why are there two antennas on that outhouse now?"
He explains, "The Ohio State students subletted the basement to some Michigan students."
