Why Commotion About Tracts?

Consider the promise to David.

...He hath made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things, and sure: for this is all my salvation, and all my desire…But the sons of Belial shall be all of them as thorns thrust away…and they shall be utterly burned with fire in the same place. (2Sam.23:1-7; Matt.13:30,38-42)

Alert them!
He is an awesome God. His Good News is powerful and wonderful. If the Lord should mark iniquities, who shall stand? The Lord Jesus died for our sins and He will save you. (Ps.32:1-2; 103:11-12; Mt.3:2; Ac.3:19; Ro.4:6-8; Heb.6:1)

But will God hear the reprobate? (2Sam.22:24; 2Cor.7:1; Ps.34:16,21; Jn.12:48) Those that ignore God's Word will not be heard by the Lord. Then shall they call upon Me, but I will not answer; they shall seek Me early, but they shall not find Me (Pr.1:28; 2Sam.22:27,42)

We have a guarantee.

…Hearken diligently unto Me…Incline your ear, and come unto Me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. …Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (Isa.55:1-8)

The exciting Good News is that God forgives sinners. Those that turn from their ways to Jesus Christ will find mercy. Cry aloud and spare not! There is mercy with the Lord. His ways are amazing and He is worthy of praise.

Some receive tracts that will not receive other visitors. Tracts can go boldly where no man is allowed. As believers are begotten by the word, the Good News, it is reasonable to give out tracts. Tracts wait to be read. People need to know of the accepted time that God will hear their prayer.

Will they (or do you) think a little tract is too insignificant?
(Job 21:14; Zec.4:10; Rev.3:17; Eccl.9:15-16)

Zechariah 4:10
10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

People Need Jesus

John 14:6
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
