The New Birth:
It Is Not About Choice

It's not a choice, it's a life, say the ones going about to sway the tide of the slaughter of the children. Well, I tell you, the new life, being born again is not a choice, it is life, and unlike the death blow man gives to the babes of flesh, this life is eternal. That life is exotic and has nothing at all to do with man's ability or choice. So is one taken that is not willing? Such a thought could show one being taken to heaven fighting against it. If such a one were taken to heaven, it would be heaven no more. The flesh is crucified with it's affections and lust. One day we shall put off this body of death and put on a new body, eternal. Till then those that are new creatures wait for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Romans 8:23
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Romans 6:6
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Galatians 2:20
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galatians 5:24-25
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Galatians 6:14
14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

Galatians 5:16
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulful the lust of the flesh.

Marvel not, You must be born again.

Blest Is He Who Loves God's Precepts

Words: The Psalter Hymnal, 1927.
Music: Redeemer (Emerson), Luther Orlando Emerson, 1863.

His delight is in the law of the Lord. Psalm 1:2

Blest is he who loves God’s precepts,
Who from sin restraints his feet,
He who will not stand with sinners,
He who shuns the scorners’ seat.

Blest is he who makes the statutes
Of the Lord his chief delight,
In God’s law, divinely perfect,
Meditating day and night.

He is like a tree well planted
By the flowing river’s side,
Ever green of leaf and fruitful:
Thus shall all his works abide.

Like the driven chaff the wicked
Shall be swept from off the land
With the just they shall not gather,
Nor shall in the judgment stand.

Well the Lord will guard the righteous,
For their way to Him is known;
But the way of evildoers
Shall by Him be overthrown.

Marvel not, You must be born again.

People Need Jesus
Reaching forth . . .
Here am I; send me.

Christ Died For Our Sins.
