The Home page of a Hot sauce lover & maker I have been raising peppers for years. I have created some of the best tasting sauces, oils,powders,and salsa around. I haven't sold a drop, but I have given away hundreds of gallons. I always tell people its hot and that its free, only till they get hooked. My sauce has traveled to China with a professor from a university there. My sauce is the first thing he asked about when he returned on his first trip back to the states. I think thats quite a compliment. I like to think it is anyway! I have been encouraged to make it and sell it commercially. That would probably take the joy out of it, so not for the time being. I have no formulas to reveal but I'll tell anyone who wants to try making their own, just what I have done.
