KILL THE RICH
POETRY BY DAVID WILLMOTT |

Police to police
The poor
For
The Rich
Who were poor
Once
And don't wanna be again.
Neither do I
But
I'll not kill, pollute, lie or cheat
To wrap myself in a silken sheet
While my neighbor shivers
and drinks from wasted rivers
The waste of our wasteful products.
How long could you watch your child starve
and yea
we've heard it all before
But do nothing
I don't
And my kids are fine
Until it's their time
