THE BOAT

The GREAT LAKE LADY is a fully equipped 28 ft. sport fisherman powered by a 454 crusader. Large open padded fishing deck with 150 square feet of fishing space. Enclosed head and comfortable seating. Fully equipped with the latest electronics, GPS navigation and lowrance fishfinders and all required U.S. Coast Guard saftey equipment.

WALLEYE TRIPS


Lake Erie is the Walleye capital of the world! From ice-out to ice-up, it's the finest walleye fishing anywhere. Our season generally starts in late March, depending on the weather. Large schools of lunker pre-spawn fish congregate in deep water close to their spawning grounds. As the water warms, they move onto the shallow reefs just a few miles from our dock. The post-spawn and summer fishing with large schools of suspended, hungry walleye, is what made Lake Erie famous.

Our season starts APRIL 1 or as soon as the ice is off (some years that will be late MARCH, when were lucky!!!!!) and runs through NOVEMBER 15

SMALLMOUTH BASS


Lake Erie has a very good population of jumpers. These scrappy fighters will put a smile on any angler's face. We start bass fishing in July around the many islands and shoals throughout the western basin. Precise boat location is essential since small humps and bumps hold fish. As the water cools in the fall, the fish move closer and tighter to breaks around the islands. This makes October an exceptional month to fish!!!!!!!!!!!

JULY and AUGUST are exceptional months for 10 HOUR COMBINATION BASS AND WALLEYE TRIPS. Spend half a day catching walleyes and half a day fighting the jumpers. SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER are the very best months for BASS TRIPS. Many large bass in the 18 inch and up range are taken along with large numbers of 2 to 3 pounders!!!!!!!! Bass trips begin in JULY and run through NOVEMBER 15
