Pastoral Staff

James M. Oates - Senior Pastor

Jim was called to GreenView Church in June of 1994. Prior to that he was on the staff at St. Paul's U.C.C. in Sidney. During Pastor Jim's tenure at GreenView, the church has grown and developed many new programs for the community. Jim is know for his engaging style in worship and the way that his sermons relate to everyday life.

Pastor Jim is married to Diane and they have three children, Jacob who is a 6th grader, Dustin who is a 3rd grader and Kelsey who is in pre-school. Together they enjoy camping, bike riding, and playing together outside.

Cherryl Styles - Associate Pastor

Cherryl was called to GreenView Church in January 1999 as the first associate pastor at GreenView. Cherryl is mainly responsible for Christian Education at GreenView. Cherryl is also a teacher for the Religious Education Program for the Sidney City Schools. She is married to Bill and they have two grown children.
