Senior Baskets

Senior baskets are provided each month to local senior citizens who are on a limited, fixed income.  These seniors also have no means of transportation and are homebound.  The food boxes are prepared in the Mercy Unlimited Food Pantry and are delivered by the Auglaize County Council on Aging.

Easter Dinner Baskets

Each Easter season, Mercy Unlimited provides an Easter Dinner Basket to 60+ low/no income families in our community.  These are families who have income qualified and showed a real need.  Local church congregations assist us with this very worthwhile outreach.  We are able to minister to each family individually and share the joy of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets

Some individuals and families in our community do not have the extra money to have a nice Thanksgiving dinner.  That is why we provide dinner baskets.  We collect the special Thanksgiving foods from area churches and organizations.  We are currently providing 50+ baskets each year.  Mercy Unlimited is grateful for God’s goodness and happy to share that same gratitude with these families.

Miracle Meal Christmas Dinner

On the third Monday of each December, Mercy Unlimited participates with local individuals, families, organizations and churches to provide a community Christmas dinner.  This service began in 1995, feeding 80 people. Now, we are serving 350+ individuals.  This outreach is provided free of charge.  Entertainment and gifts are also supplied.  Over 100 volunteers attend each year serving food and talking with our guests.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact our office.
